Hindcast data is freely available on the NCI for research purposes. You do not need a login to use these services. The datasets are wel documented on the NCI catalogue.

ACCESS-S2 (Project ux62) has 3 datasets available:

• a Hindcast set containing model output and post-processed calibrated output
• a Initial Condition set for the state of the earth system ifor Hindcast initialisation
• a Reanalysis set of data that represents the state of the earth system from which Initial Conditions are determined

ACCESS-S1 (Project ub7) has available:

• a Hindcast set containing model output and post-processed calibrated output

There is historical 5km Calibrated documentation available for ACCESS-S1 which may be helpful for understanding ACCESS-S2.
